Sugar, Sugar, everywhere!

I'm finding the detox pretty difficult at the moment, especially the last of sugar, my mind keeps on wandering and daydreaming about delicious sweet things that I can't have. I think it's that the novelty has worn off and now I'm facing into a long tunnel of 5 months ahead of me. I'm delighted with myself that I've gotten through the first month...but it's been really tough. I've been pretty tough on myself...I'm one of those cold turkey people, I can't treat myself to a little bit or I would totally fall off the wagon so to speak.
