Thanks! It was actually and old green to that had some lovely features like the lace up and the printed featers. So I cut out the feathers and the lace panel and sewed them on, but I swapped the string for a far more decadent ribbon.The panel at the bottom is the end of a skirt that I adjusted for a customer....can you tell I never throw anything out!
